Advice please

Options
I have a £61000 mortgage over 13yrs @ £525 p.m and would like to pay off sooner I have the ability to pay more with overtime maybe £400 or less,The one account appeals to me except the interest is 5.85% compared to the Intelligent Finance re-mortgage offer of 5.25% both are charging £400 admin set up fees (bit surprised from I.F as i am an existing customer)I have a 4.95% loan from A&L which has 2 yrs left to pay at£500 p.m (wifey pays that) then i will be able to add that as overpayment.
Any Ideas or advise will be welcome

  • What you are saying is your are disappointed with the fees from I.F. and the fees and rate of The One account. Join the club. Do you have an offset account for some reason. I'm guessing your current rate is 4.75%. You could clarify matters. I take it you have no savings to offset your mortgage at present. I could be wrong. You can learn so much from reading others posts and Martin's Guides.
