Videographer in northwest

Am really struggling to find a videographer which is in our budget i was hoping for around £500 ish and would like them to film up to the first dance if possiable.

Does anyone no anyone they can recomend as i really cant find anyone xx

Hi,

we got married in 2006 and used a local company from Chorey called AMB Productions. Their address is http://www.ambproductions.co.uk/index.htm

I can't remember exactly how much we paid but we found them to be very reasonable and of excellent quality. They did the whole day right up to the first dance and the quality of the DVD we have is brillliant.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

His sample videos are excellent. Met him twice now, very reassuring and i feel happy with him although he hasnt actually filmed for us yet.

Video from preps to first dance and a taste of evening do is £540. (you may have to pay travel too to Wigan)

I looked at around 8 videographers through Cumbria and Lancashire and the guy im using was the cheapest i found. Most seemed to charge upwards of £700 for ceremony and speeches filming, plus extra by the hour for preps or night do and extra for more than one camera.

£540 includes filming the entire day and evening and 3 cameras which will be placed around the church and reception to capture the day from all angles.

All you need to do is contact the company/ companies you're interested in, and say that you really like their work but that your budget is £500, and you really can't go over that figure. Would they be interested in filming your wedding, up to the first dance, for £500?

Make sure you mention that you want the first dance, otherwise they could say they'll do it within your budget, but at the cost of not filming part of it. TBH, for the sake of £40 they're unlikely to say no. Also, the worst they can do is say no, which then leaves you to ask the same of another company until you find someone who says yes!

I must of missed your post sorry i have just emailed him asking for a demo dvd.
