A DCA has no right to your income/expenditure, only a court has, a DCA is a private company and has got as much right to seeing your personal financial details as I do.
If the DCA comes back to you about your SOA and demands more money point out the following to them...
OFT Debt Collection Guidelines - 2.6 f. Pressurising debtors to pay in full, in unreasonably large instalments,
or to increase payments when they are unable to do so

you need proof of that 'plan' in writing. they will easily ignore it. and hit your card daily and grab whatever they can.

you need to report ur card lost and pay them standing order/via cash at the bank (if they offer this service). A LOT of DCA's wont give out their banking details as they want ur card to dip whenever and also they ALL DEMAND you deal with them by phone only. many will claim they dont do anything but debit card. LMAO! never phone them, always write, as they will deny anything they have said on the phone.

i learnt this when i phoned offering what i was able to afford and the snooty TWONK told me min payment was £10 and then they can 'see whats available'. i offered £5 as thats all i could afford, she said 'no we wont accept less than £10' and demanded my new card details. i said no to the card details and she hung up. i phoned back and spoke to someone else who said my offer was fine.

ive not phoned a DCA since. they treat u like CACK!!!!!!!
