Excercise including facial ones

I am astonished at the results I'm getting from my new Wii Fit plus, I have lost only 3 pounds but the toning effect is apparent to anyone and in such a short space of time:DIt has occurred to me that if I can do this with my body then I can do this with my face:rotfl:well, I hope so anyway, as usual I don't want to spend any money;)I would like to try out facial exercises for free and maybe then buy a dvd or something if I want to take it further but despite searching I cant find any free ones online, does anyone have any mse :money:suggestions?

I have tried facial exercises on and off and really wish i would stick to it as i do notice an improvement in firmness, but at first you have to do it 6 days a week and i really should do it in a morning but i do it before bed and sometimes i just forget through tiredness.

You then taper it down to 3 times a week, i can handle that :D I use Eva Frasers facial fitness dvd and book...dvd is very naff but the book is good that comes with it.

It is hard to find free ones, i have searched a lot. But the beauty bible has some of eva's here.

There are quite a few who offer facial exercise dvds though, Carol Maggio, Diane Moran not sure what they are like though...i knew about eva due to my mum having the books when i was younger. It's something i believe in and feel it works....gonna dig out that book again. :o

Clairbel, thanks hun:) That was just what I was looking for as an introduction:TI have heard of Eva Fraser, I saw her on tv years ago, I'll give these a go and buy the book if they are effective, I'm going to start today (got workmen in so that should be a laugh:D) and I'll report back, if you start soon as well we can compare notes;)Thanks again:)

Hiya, thanks will let you know my progress, i think i may start sat morning, i am determined and do so well for three weeks ish then start slacking...why i have no idea because really the whole routine takes about 10 mins to do...nothing is it really?

If you like those samples, i can always scan the pages of the book and email them to you save you some money as the DVD never seems to go down in price and tbh the book is all you need, then its very mse.
