Bit of good news at last

Hello all.

I'm fairly new and don't type or reply to many peoples problems but certainly read plenty. I think this site is the dogs dangly bits, and the help and support people give to one and other is great, top notch, humbling and worth siting here for hours on end just reading.

Anyway, not to go into loads of detail, but we have finally just sold our pride and joy car to help out our finances. Bit of a downer as we didn't get what we wanted but hey, it's all a help, and it's not like we won't have another one in the future (however long that will be)

Now just awaiting the cheque to arrive and clear and that should be us sorted. The financial plan/budget we devised (with help from this site) is working and we have managed to cut down on things. Aldi IS a good shop for food, don't knock it till you've tried it.

But in general life appears to finally be on the up:j Let's just hope it continues.

Sorry about bleeting on but we have had a rather large weight lifted off our shoulders and can't help but shout about it (ish) from the rooftops.
