After winning I clicked "pass the parcel to a friend" on the bottom right corner, it sent me to the details page where I had a classic form to fill... not very intuitive but it worked, hop it'll help futur MSE's winners, cheers !

I received an reply back from Scotch this evening saying the e-mail was initially sent to marketing department instead of IT department. She has a long list of people to contact and confirmed that people were not getting the redemption page to claim their prize. She said once my e-mail address was confirmed by IT department then they would be in touch. She also asked for my address and telephone number. Hope this all gets sorted for myself and all the others who have won.
