Spag bol HELP ME

I made a huge pot of bolognese sauce, it was simmering away nicely. Master troo comes in and adds cornflour :mad: It's gone really thick, can I save it?

Take half to a quarter out and add water and or tomato juice?

Put some boiling water in and stir well - it should be fine.

I've added more tomatoes and some boiling water. If they claim it's too tomatoey (not sure how to spell that lol) then tough

Maybe you could add cornflour to his morning cup of tea for the next few days to gently highlight that it would be more prudent in future if he would
