I bet that solution doesn't involve paying you back your petrol, train or bus fair etc.......Not Again0 -

You're probably right, they haven't called back yet either, I think they'll just refund my card and say nothing.0 -
I am totally having the same problems as everyone and am thinking of giving up, was wondering how exactly to get a refund? Do i just email groupon? They've never replied to me before so.. Grrr such a shame, my hair is a disaster! x0

I'm struggling to receive a reply from Groupon regarding gettting a refund for this. None of the 6 phone numbers on my voucher, or the premium rate customer support numbers are being answered. 4 emails have gone unanswered. As a last resort I sent an email to Trading Standards about it.
if anyone has any tips to get their money back then please post a reponse!!!0 -
Just wanted to add to this thread to warn others.
Recently booked a brazillian blow dry with Ginger Group through Groupon. No mention of any limitations in terms of when appointments are available in the advert or on the voucher.
Phoned up to get an appointment, was told there were plenty, only to have this withdrawn when I said I had a groupon voucher. Salon said had to book through online portal on voucher (this was not clear on the voucher; website provided as additional info but not clear until speaking to the salon what it was for).
No online bookings available for over a month. Those available in over a month only at limited times, only on weekdays. Voucher only redeemable for a short time (over the month, but will they be able to fullfill all the purchases?)
Have emailed Groupon for refund on basis that conditions were not stated. Awaiting refund.
Please don't fall for this "deal."0
