House Insurance Problem

imustbedreamin, we went Br a month after renewal and our t&c's said if you were BR that you had to tell them, so huby rang them and the insurers we were with cancelled the insurance and we had to take out a new policy, but they did let us pay monthly.
It is always best to check as if you need to claim and they find out you are BR they could use that as a reason not to pay out, even though it has nothing to do with it!!
Shazbo it could be because it is car rather than household, or it could be because you asked when discharged, as it said on our policy are you going to be Br or are BR? not are you discharged. Will see what happens at renewal time.0 -
