Looking at filling in the bankruptcy forms today 
I live with my wife, but its only me going bankrupt, so do i fill in the soa on the forms as just me and ignore her wages? All debts and finance are in my name soley.
Thanks for any advice.

you need to put your full wages and part of your wifes wages on the forms, which would just be her contribution to the household expenses - eg her share towards gas elec water council tax rent groceries. this means part of her wage is not included leaving this for her own individual expenses

You put the full household expenses, your personal expenses ie: clothes, travel etc. Then you put your full income and the amount your wife contributes to the joint household expenses. The OR will want to see she is paying a fair amount to the household.
