free will for 55yrs. or over

    Be aware that although they are offering you a free Will, they will probably make themselves Executors/Trustees of the Will and so will make their money when the estate needs to be executed! This can amount to thousands of pounds!!!
    I may be shy, but that doesn't make me an angel ;)

    This the age concern thing not some scamming solicitors. As far as I remember they do this every year. The idea is that you will be so graitful for the free service that you will give a donation to the charity in your will.

    I have been looking into it as my gran needs a new will. She has been driving us up the wall worrying that the right people wont get the money when she dies - but at the same time refusing to pay to get a new will because it is so much more expensive than 40 years ago when she did the last one! (does anyone have a free cure for mad relatives?)
