what an absolute waste of time.Code wasnt working yesterday and as loads of us found out.!!
Customer services told everyone deal was vaild on Monday only .Yet it appears they open the offer on Sunday eve for 10 mins.Used be be a customer of Play ,but sorry will take my business elsewhere from now on.This reminds me of the Hoover offer years ago which did unrepairable damage to the company,or am just overreacting to a stupid Dailystar/play.com promotion which didnt really happen lol Feel better now for getting off my chest !!lol

(The codeword is actually from the Sunday Mirror but it's likely to be the same for the Sunday Mail as both newspapers are related.)

Has anyone received their headphones yet? I kinda expected to receive them today as Play usually deliver in two days. Mind you, they were probably inundated with orders.

Not received them yet either. Although I did get an "Your order has been posted" email from them on Sunday night.

I've not bought anything from Play.com for 2 years so not up to speed on their current delivery times.

Mine came today too, but unless you're in when Mr. Postie comes around you'll almost certainly be getting a card through your letterbox and then taking a trip to the sorting office to collect your package

The headphones are in a blister pack that measures 185mm x 82mm x 28mm
(that's about 7.25in x 3.25in x 1.1in in "old money")

which probably would pop through most people's letterbox even in a jiffy bag .....

... mine came in a box .....


280mm x 375mm x 40mm :eek: :eek:

That's 11in x 14.75in x 1.55in :eek: :eek:

Could actually have got 8 of the headphones in the same box quite easily
