Did a bit of googling and Sage tea seems to be good in lots of ways, including us ladies 'of a certain age'... ok I'm menopausal.
There's a massive Sage plant in Mums garden going to waste so thought of trying Sage tea.
Any hints please of how to make a nice cuppa with Sage leaves.

Yes but just because it is a culinary herb doesn't necessarily make it safe to use and sage tea needs to be avoided by pregnant women ( OK not a problem I guess for you!)
It can cause fits and can interact with some prescription medicines so you need to do some research before taking it or better still speak to a proper herbalist.
Sorry if I'm telling you what you already know!:o0 -

I'm having a difficult menopause with 5 yrs now of hot flushes & insomnia. It's sometimes good just not to feel so alone"Sometimes letting things go is an act of far greater power than defending or hanging on.”0 -
Don't like the sound of it 'might cause fits'.
Perhaps I 'll just get rid of my grey hair with sage shampoo :T0 -

Sounds more like it would give you grey hair!
Saw some being sold in cans in Waitrose not too long ago, no idea on price, only went in there for the paper! Also seen some in Pret I think.0
