global test market problem

been with them a couple of years and they've been one of my favourite survey sites. However, today, i went on to redeem my points has i had 1030, and was told i couldn't as there was another person in my household who was a member with them, and i would be disqualified if i tried to continue...(though in the next sentence it said i could log in to my account!!)
It's true, there is someone else in my household who's also with Global Test Market, but we've both been doing surveys and redeeming cheques for a while now, and there's been no problems up to now...they've been fine with both of us doing their surveys but now i want to redeem they say this....i contacted them saying all this and that i'll leave but i want my points redeeming that i've earned, or transferring to the account of the other member of my household that has an account with them....they said they'll reply in 24 hours, so we'll see...

I have also been having horrendous problems with these people. I have 5701 points and yet they only show my points from 2009-2010. that say are 543 points which is also incorrect. I have tried emailing them many times but all I get is a link to a survey asking me if I am satisfied with their response. I have not even had a response. I do not know where to go next!!0
