Changes to SOA

Can you advise, are you supposed to let the OR know everytime your SOA changes in the slightest? Would they expect you to complete a new SOA?

I am about to have a small surplus of income but the thing is I am really struggling on my housekeeping and clothing allowance which was low so could do with reportioning any suprlus amount. Would the OR be ok with this?

    ANY changes in financial circumstances you MUST contact the receiver within 21 days no matter how small...they may ask for another SOA they may not..all depends on the OR really
