Well worth seeing as part of a drive-in movie, even though I was on foot to see it!
I saw Grease in a park local to me about a month ago and it was great. OK, don't expect everyone to be hushed during the feature - it annoys me as much anyone when people insist on chatting through movies, believe me - but witnessing such an iconic movie on the big screen was a priviledge.
I am somewhat biased as I saw the film when it was originally released back in 1977 (showing my age now!) and consider it to be THE best film I've seen.
Thanks to OP and enjoy everyone!Life's what you make it....

The drive-in I went to, I sat on the grass, so didn't have to pay! If the sound is loud enough I can't see why you wouldn't be allowed to be in your car. After all, it is a drive-in theatre.
If I'd had the courage I would have been dancing along to Grease Lightning and We Go Together...:o:D
My friends and I used to perform this part of the film at the disco when I was around 8 or 9 years old.I'll admit I know all the words to all the songs, including the ones played at Rydell High's dance. Ahem...
:D
