Hi
No, Bankrupty/IVA will not affect your ability to hold a personal licence. They do insist on a criminal records search and there are certain 'relevant' offences that will affect it, ie drink driving, theft etc, but bankruptcy will not be a problem. The licence proves your knowledge of the licencing laws around underage drinking, licensing hours and drunkeness etc, not your ability to handle money, thank god!0
