it been 9 months now

I started a new job 8-9 months ago, and phone the csa to make arrangements to send off my pay slips and have an assesment done,,

1 month went by, then they sent me the forms to fill in and send my pay slips, another month went by so i phoned them to see what was going on,
anyway they said on the phone that PWC has not been taking phone calls or answering letters,
(she returns all brown letters as she owes lot of money out and wont answer withheld number, or any number she dosnt know)
I phone the csa AGAIN so see what was going on and they told me i will be paying around £20 pw but couldnt say 100% as they needed to speak to the PWC,, now its been 8-9 months...
could the csa still back date and where do i stand now..
am sick of phoning the csa, am the one who phoned them in the first place to do things right...

"please dont get into why you not paying for your son"" ive been there before on here.. i do pay direct to my son /food/clothes/unforms/shoes/hoildays/cash/ have him 3 times week and half of all school hols
so please dont go down that road.
thanks

I'm afraid the CSA can & most probably will backdate to when you first contacted them.

I would do as the previous poster suggested & put the estimated amount away each week.
