Worked for me. Mine said "Thank you. Your points will be added to your account within 28 days" or something like that.0

Thanks for your email.
I'm really sorry you experienced this problem. With regards to the card error, this will be because the 'Submit' button was pressed again while the first submission was being processed. Your Nectar card number will have been registered for the 100 points, but if you can just send me your card number again, we will check this and manually add the points if necessary..

I got Ajax Error and then "card number already used" and I definitely only clicked submit once, well twice but 2 different times if you see what I mean:)0
