Hi
A couple of things
If you think you have been mis-sold your IVA and want to go bankrupt instead it is very easy to do yourself and you dont need to pay anything to one of these companies.
You do need to go to one of the free advice services (CAB,CCCS or national debtline) so that you can understand your options and what is involved with bankruptcy.
Finally, was it really CAG, they normally offer free advice on their furom's so i would be supprised if it was, maybe it was a company pretending to be them, i would be very waryHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
Please note that any views i put forth are not those of my former employer The Insolvency Service and do not constitute professional advice, you should always seek professional advice before entering insolvency proceedings.0 -

It's certainly not the real one.
You can safely ignore anything they write or say.
However, if they are abusing people/site's name or copyright, then you should report them to the owners/admin of the real company/site. They may well want to take action to get them stopped.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
