    I've tried putting new codes I have into the system from the packs, but none are recognised and it won't let me try again till 6:15 tomorrow night. Has anyone else had problems? I had a dodgy code a while back and contacted Mcvities Customer Services who gave me a new code, but am reluctant to contact them again incase they think I am up to something:(

    I have 2 packets of Digestives. Have entered the one code ok, but the second packet has a code that's only 10 digits long and apparently it has to be 12, so it won't go in.

    I have just emailed them to let them know.
    Striving to clear the mortgage before it finishes in Dec 2028 - amount currently owed - £26,322.67

    Well McVities did reply with a Freepost address to send the packet, but the flippin thing has been thrown away!

    They don't have to be V.I.P logo biscuits I have used "ordinary" packs if that helps.
