    It is standard network rate if I remember correctly.
    Look to me that for a lot of peoples it is not necessary to understand things in order to argue about them ;)

    A no spend freebie involves no cost what so ever.
    Your post as already stated belongs on the low spend freebie board.

    2. Free Competitions Only. This is a not a place to advertise competitions you have to pay to enter. I will accept limited cost text message type competitons (though frankly they're usually naff apart from in special circumstances) where they cost up to £1.50 to text to enter, but generally I would say make sure they are free.

    Whats that got to do with anything? Its not a competition that you have posted?
    Also the rule you are quoting is 2005 which is before we had a low spend board.
