Crazy Georges/brighthouse
Hubby took out stuff with them in 2000 and he said he had paid it off bar 2 items that where returned to the shop.
They are now demanding money for this debt but have said they only defaulted on the account in 2007 can they actually do this.
Also as the title says it was the first then the latter.
We haven't paid anything and have asked for proof which has not been forth coming.
So what can we now.

do you have any paperwork to prove the items were returned?and how long had you had them when they were returned?
