Recording wedding in church

Hi Im getting married in 2 weeks and we would like to have a recording of our church service. It is a small church so there is no fancy PA stuff etc, so its down to us to organise something. Of course we can video record it etc which we are doing but can anyone suggest a perhaps better way - like a decent dictaphone etc?
