I personally am in the middle of a dispute with sweetcollect.co.uk. I have been a qualified member since May 2006 and have not received any parcels. I have contacted them several times and have asked Trading standards to help. :mad:


So be careful and hopefully my case is now one from their legacy of startup miscalculations

Well done. I have been a member for ages (must be over 18 months now). I haven't recevied a thing. I have contacted them by email several times but they just make excuses like people are on holiday. I now have a dispatch date for 13 Oct 2006 but everytime I look it just gets pushed back.

I had been a member with sweetcollect since September 2005 and hadnt recieved anything from them until the other day when a package turned up full of all the sweets i was entitled to even though id stopped using the site by about December when i thought id get nothing from them. So they do pay up it just takes them a very long time to do so.
