I only got the letter yesterday... Give me chance ;)

Also I have been told that they can send more than one default letter as long as they do not actually try to re-register a default with a CRA.

    Is this not correct then:??

Ok so probably what they have done in legallity terms is ok.

What I am trying to get across is that no matter what you try to do with these people, and it is all in writing, they will do the utmost to try and scare you the other way.

It just gets my back up when these people agree to one thing in writing.... ACCEPTING MY RE-NEGOTIATED DMP and then tell me 2 months later that MY ACCOUNT IS IN DEFAULT because I haven't paid them the £353.00 that WOULD have been owed on the account if they HAD NOT accepted my DMP.
