does anyone know what this means pls?
one of my creditors has said theyve closed my acc and are returning it back to client . do u know what that means?
it is a dca so does it mean that orig company have it back? and is that good or bad?

  • It does mean that the DCA have sent it back to the original creditor.

    In my experience, the creditor will then try their luck with another DCA, who will then contact you.
