I received a welcome email on the 27th Sept but I haven't had any piggypoints yet. Is this the same as being confirmed or has anyone else had any problems getting their points?

I got the welcome e-mail too, straight after I signed up. No points yet though.

i signed up for a new phone with 3 through pigsback ...but never got my points......can anyone tell me how i go about finding out whats happened to them?

I ordered my pigsback piggy bank about 3 weeks ago, they say 14 days, but still no piggy. Just wondered if anyone else waited ages.
