Just a wee thought, but can anyone here confirm that they have more than one account registered to their address (hubbies/wife's accounts) that BOTH have been credited with mansion points?

I'm noticing that a lot of posts are saying that they have their points but other halves don't (including mine)

Do you think PB realised their mistake and are only awarding 1000 per address??:confused:

My dear wife made a corker mistake the last time she ordered rewards from Pigsback and we discovered it today.

An envelope arrived in the post and it was a £5 Outback Steakhouse Voucher.

Not a lot of use to us as we live over 200 miles from the closest one to us.

When she ordered a £10 Betfair voucher she also thought she had ordered a £5 Betfair voucher but she did not she ordered the one above it.

She has sent a nice little E-mail to PB asking if she can change it. If they don't let her I will let you know and anybody that wants it can have it.

Thats kind!! (I dont want it, I just think thats kind!)

Same happened to me. I've emailed them with my joining date, but as i don't have the confirmation email from jackpotjoy they've refused to credit the remaining 1000. My oversight - should have kept the email!

You can find out the date you joined by the date of your first deposit i would have thought. Take a screenshot.
