Same happened to me. I've emailed them with my joining date, but as i don't have the confirmation email from jackpotjoy they've refused to credit the remaining 1000. My oversight - should have kept the email!

This is true, PROVIDING that you have not ticked the box for email alerts in your subscriptionss. I suggest you check your subscriptions page to ensure that it hasn't been ticked automatically when you signed up.

Just wrote that then went there to copy/paste the URL, only to find that the option to receive mobile alerts has disappeared.

I know it used to be there, as I have received a text message once before and posted about it on the PB thread on MSE at the time.

Well, anyway, maybe it will come back. At least a few more people know of the possibility now!

I`ve not got my mansion points either, I`ve not even got a confirmation email from Mansion yet!

Is anyone waiting for Euro Office points ?, I made an order there on the 16th of august and havent got my points yet. PB keep saying they are waiting for the file from Euro Office. PB should give them a kick!

I had to wait nearly 6 weeks and only after I had sent them 3 E-mails. PB said that I had used the wrong E-mail address, even when the invoice they E-mailed to me had my PB E-mail address.

A confirmation e-mail does prove you registered with Mansion, but we can only credit the PiggyPoints to members who have registered through Pigsback and the confirmation e-mail does not provide us with this information.

Well I defo signed up through PB and i filled in that confirmation thing where you put in your join date and mansion username.
They have no excuses! Altho signed up more recently than some of the ppl I am reading on here.
Can only wait and see.
