I am trying to sign up for CD wow, and it's asking for card holder address.. I don't have a card!

Do I need a creadit/debit card if I'm just going to use my 7.99 Piggy voucher for a 7.99 CD or DVD?

If I do need a card, or if I need to get something that's more than 7.99, can I use my Piggy voucher on my friend's CD wow account? He's got a card and can register that! Or does the CD wow account has to be in my name as the Piggyback account is registered in my name?

Signed up for Jackpotjoy on 9.9.2006 and deposited £20.00, I now have £80.00 in the account and want to withdraw some but it says that I will have the joining bonus removed if I withdraw my money.

Word of Praise for Pigsback
There was a bit of a foul up and my Betfair pts were not credited. PB re credited me with the points and then a week later Betfair gave me a credit for that amount.
i contacted Lyn at Pb saying what happened and they refused to take away my points that they had re credited.
Thaks toPigsback for being honourable :T

If you click on rewards in the pink bar at the top, then enter your password when prompted, it comes under the 'Books and CDs' category and is listed as "CD WOW! Voucher worth £7.99 on top 75 Chart CDs".

It costs 980 points.
