I am just 28 points shy of ordering 2 boots vouchers :rolleyes: I'm wondering how long I'll have to wait for my euroffice points (500) to come through as my parcel from them has just arrived :j We now have ink for our printer and I've got a pack of Avery address labels which will be used for Christmas Card address labels and as gift tags :j I am one happy bunny...now if only those extra 28 points would mysteriously appear in my account I'd be doing cartwheels down the road :rotfl:

Just keep on at them, they will know they are lying - ask them why they are lying to you? You could also explain that you have other people willing to back you up on this if you needed to take this further.

Seriously, the lies are unbelievable! Again, another email stating the "Account Manager from Mansion" stated that the terms and conditions were always to deposit £20! No they weren't! Why would my partner deposit £10 if the offer stated £20. Apparently he's an idiot and has gotten it "confused" with another offer.

My Euroffice points took 27 working days to arrive, so don't get too excited just yet! Although at least I didn't have to chase them up so that's something

I found an error on a ct yesterday so I mailed pb about it and they wanted the details of the ct and the page it was on so I told them and they gave me 100 points today for it :j
