Arg, another follow up email, stating that the terms and conditions have always been £20! I was not imagining that it was £10, I have even gone back through this thread and people have stated when it changed to a £10 deposit for the 1000 points, but they won't budge. Anyone out there deposit £10 too?

It was nothing at first, then went to £10 - just say that you have a screenshot on your home pc that you'll use as proof if you have to (as if you're using another pc) see if that makes them budge!

I always take screenshots of offers nowadays.

I got 230 points and used 200 on two cancer research donations, why did it ask for my adress?, do they send it to me to give to them or do they do it?.

    Cheers.:j

PB make the donation for you.
I think your name and address are passed on to the charity - they may then send you further 'invitations' to donate. :undecided

There is a forgotten, nay almost forbidden word which means more to me than any other. That word is England.
