Pigsback - Free Gifts for Clicks - Newbies Please Read the First Post!!

I'm annoyed! I booked 16 rooms at Express by Travel Innin September for 2 seperate days, my first annoyance is Travel Inn only sent me a receipt for the first 10 rooms, so I sent this along to them and the 21 days for points to be added elasped today, check my piggybank and it's still the same, so rechecked the T&C's of theoffer and it's changed now - now the offer is subject to availability, 2 weeks for points to be credited and 1500 points per booking, NOT room.

Luckily on the day of booking I enquiried with pigsback about points per room and they contracted the Travel Inn Accounts manager who confirmed it was points per ROOM, so when I sent off my reciept, I also sent a copy of the points confirmation email. I've emailed pigsback asking them to look into it as thats 150,000 points they owe me! total in pounds £150!

Anyone else had trouble with Travel Inn points. I only used this hotel for the points, Travel Lodge was cheaper and nearer the venue we were visiting but I wanted the points.

Yesterday I had £11.40 in points, today £4.00. I cannot understand what has happened. All the points I have earned between August and September have just disappeared, including a Boots voucher redemption. I have just emailed pigsback. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

I think my mum won a quiz yesterday. does anyone know how long it should take before the points are credited?

I did the same, well was only 1 room but it took less than 1 week for my points to be added and thats allowing 4 me posting the recipt to them. I was pleased to get the points as I was staying away at my companies expense !!!!!!! Got a lil extra for myself !!!! Brill

I just noticed today that I didn't get my points for sigining up to the lottery on the 28th JUly! Email sent :rolleyes:

when i won a quiz the points were added straight away. so if she won yesterday they should be on her account today if not then mabey its someone else with the same surname

Both of my parents have won quizzes in the past and their points were credited immediately. The increased total of points when they first logged in was what alerted them to the fact they'd won!:D

I would say your mum should certainly see her points some time today...

Is anyone else having trouble logging into their pigsback account? Everytime I try and do so it is taking me back to the log-in screen.

Think it varies but someone did post on here saying they'd won, think it was 500 points they got.

Me too, just tried now and it's saying invalid username - I thought I'd been cancelled for a mo - thought I'd check in on here and see if anyone else had problems so it seems it's not just me *phew*
