Im on AOL, and have never had any problems with Betfair.

I've had the same problem tonight. Have sent Pigsback an e-mail including screenshot and asked for a refund.

I like AOL but VERY occasionally its a pain in the A**!!!:mad:

Betfair said when they get a new account who's on AOL, they automatically check if they're in the UK and unbar them. BUT they only do that once a day or something, and because I only registered an hour ago, they didn't have time to sort it out.

They obviously unbarred you ages ago and that's why you've been OK.

Oh well, my fault for not registering in advance. Never mind. (Just hope I get my Quidco cashback now! )
