Exactly, if the software doesnt work with AOL it should state that!
It's to do with AOL giving us American IP addresses or something, and it's illegal to do online gambling there, that's why we got barred.

They were very nice about it when I phoned them, but unfortunately there wasn't enough time for them to sort it out for me. :(

Hey ho, I'm off for a cuppa. :)

Me too, it's because of AOL apparently.

Don't think we'll lose the 100 points though - I haven't told Pigsback about this yet.

I've had the same problem tonight. Have sent Pigsback an e-mail including screenshot and asked for a refund.

I like AOL but VERY occasionally its a pain in the A**!!!

Betfair said when they get a new account who's on AOL, they automatically check if they're in the UK and unbar them. BUT they only do that once a day or something, and because I only registered an hour ago, they didn't have time to sort it out.

They obviously unbarred you ages ago and that's why you've been OK. :)

Oh well, my fault for not registering in advance. :o Never mind. (Just hope I get my Quidco cashback now! :))

I didn't submit my poker alias to PB (as I never got to that stage ), so I didn't pay 100 points.
