Your broker should be able to look around and see the possibilities. As I said earlier you may need to borrow a bit less so a cheaper property than planned may be needed. Once the full details are in front of the broker they could 'work backwards' and give you ideas of figures.
It may be that you cannot proceed at present but at least you would know where you stand.
