Credit Report Update

I cleared and closed my Lloyds TSB credit card about 3 weeks ago and it is now showing as closed on my internet banking.

However i have just checked my credit report and it is still showing as being open and owing £4k on it. How long does it take for the credit report to be updated?

    In my experience, anything from 2 - 6 weeks... depends on the Co and the CRA.

    Hi Justpeachy,

    As watalie has said, allow up to 6 weeks for credit files to be brought up to date.
    If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
