Hi All - sorry not been about much this week. Doctors told my friend that she has liver cancer. They had promised me she wouldn't be told without me being there, but she was told when they did there rounds this morning and was then left alone!!! Am so angry. Billie x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0

That's the problem Beanie information is very scant - they are going to put some kind of drain in to unblock the bile ducts! and this should make her yellow colour go back to normal - she is a nicotine colour now. But other than that not sure. I am just so angry because when she was admitted I asked that they call me if they needed to tell her anything (I am down as her NOK as there is no one else). Obviously I need to know if they are thinking she can go back home, because she lives alone and although she thinks she is better of there at least in hospital she has some sort of care. I feel for the nurses being under so much pressure but from what I have seen during this week the patients are very much left to fend for themselves. Not good... x:j I belong to Mike's Mob :j0 -

Hmm. I picked up my book instead of going to bed and I've only just resurfaced (and finished the book) and noticed it's after 2am. So bloody glad it's the weekend!
It was a Sophie Kinsella one, 'Remember me?'. No idea why I bought it, I don't do girlie books usually. But it was bloody brilliant. And now I definitely will go to bed, The Prestige can wait until the afternoon!0
