Legal minimums/Realistic maximums for SOA

Where can I find the legally allowed amounts for filling in SOAs?
For example the government says that weekly we can spend £50 on groceries (or w/e the real figure is).

I wasn't aware there were legal minimums, but if you're looking for the amount the law says you need to live on try going to the direct gov website and looking up the breakdown of JSA. JSA is calculated at the mimimum "the law says you need to live on".
I know the CCCS have guidance on this too.
If you don't know what you spend though, it might be worth a doing spending diary to find out.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.

Hi Grey Fox, by "legally allowed" do you actually mean what the DCA/Courts would find reasonable? I think it's really down to common sense tbh i.e if you have debts and in your SOA you put down, say, £100pm for clothes, £80pm for entertainment, £60pm for holidays etc, I don't think they will see that as reasonable!! It's best to stick to the actual amounts, some will be static rent/mortgage, utilities etc, others will be varied, groceries, clothing etc, then you just put down the average. If you post up your SOA, I'm sure there will be many on here who will tell you if it's reasonable or not!!;)0
