Free of charge pay as you go SIM connection pack including the 'send one text get another free' text promotion


"The Promotion" is defined as a free of charge pay as you go SIM connection pack. The Promotion applies to all customers who order a free of charge SIM connection pack between the dates of the 7th February 2005 and 9th February 2005 through http://shop.orange.co.uk
The Promotion will not apply to any orders not completed by midnight on 9th February 2005.
The Promotion is only available through http://shop.orange.co.uk.
The Promotion is offered by Orange Personal Communications Services Limited ("Orange"), St James Court, Great Park Road, Almondsbury Park, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4QJ.
The Promotion is subject to stock availability.
Any SIM connection packs ordered as part of the Promotion are eligible for the Orange pay as you go, 'send one text get another free' text promotion. For SIM connection packs ordered through the Promotion the 'send one text get another free' text promotion will be added to the account within 28 days of connecting your SIM. In order to be eligible for the 'send one text get another free' text promotion, you must register your SIM connection pack by 31st March 2005. Provision of the 'send one text get another free' text promotion is subject to the standard terms and conditions of that promotion.
SIM connection packs obtained through the Promotion cannot be used to upgrade existing Orange pay as you go accounts. The 'send one text get another free' text promotion is only available with SIM connection packs used for new connections.
The Promotion is limited to three SIM connection packs per household. A household is defined as a delivery address.
The SIM connection packed will be dispatched within 7 working days of processing your order.
SIM connection packs ordered via the Promotion are strictly for personal use only and must not be used for commercial purposes. The resale of the SIM connection packs is strictly prohibited Orange reserves the right to refuse connection of the SIM if it believes that the SIM Connection pack is being or to be used in breach of this provision.
The Orange 14-day money back guarantee does not apply to the Promotion.
Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel the Promotion at any time on reasonable notice.
Orange reserves the right to amend, vary or cancel these terms and conditions at any time on reasonable notice.
Service is subject to registration of the SIM connection pack, (these details can be found in your SIM connection pack user guide) and is subject to the terms and conditions for the supply of Orange pay as you go services, a copy of which can be found in your SIM connection pack. Where there is any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and the Standard Terms and Conditions for the Supply of Orange pay as you go Services, the latter will prevail.
