Twilight win!! but not received??

got an email on 23rd of last month from CultureCritic website, saying i'd won an Eclipse book set! I was overjoyed, out of everything i've won this has to be one of the best, i am a huge Twilight fan! i sent off my details straightaway, as it stated in the email, then when i hadnt heard anything by the 30th July, i got in touch again and this time got a reply saying they had got my details and i should receive my prize shortly...3 weeks later i haven't received anything. Should i be worried? i know some sites take longer than others, i don't know much about this site but i suppose it would look bad on them if they didn't send out prizes...i don't want to keep nagging them...anyway, fingers crossed it may still arrive...:(
