If the security code has gone when it "refreshes" you have probably been logged in and your name should be near the top on the right.

Thanks for posting, however, I filled in MY details and it said that someone else was using my address!!!!!!! I don't think so...... Sad cos I would have liked the sample for my 2 dogs.

Ha! went to bakerscomplete.co.uk and they displayed the Purina logo - or something... and yes, I have joined this one, so my sample should be on the way.... thanks for posting.

You need to click the box at the bottom of the pop up which says "im a new visitor" and it disapears and lets you fill in the form. Hope this helps.
