Although personally I have never had a problem emailing them with my complaints, (Im a NRP and there have been plenty) I always advise people to send their complaint in by recorded post.

I also always phone them to get it confirmed they have it.

I personally dont agree with people going to ICE or their MP without having first tried to sort the problem out themselves.

    Good luck with it all
When dealing with the CSA its important to note that it is commonly accepted as unfit for purpose, and by default this also means the staff are unfit for purpose.
  • They do confirm that they have had my complaints but then thats it nothing else, I cant sort it out myself if they dont respond?????

They have thousands of cases to deal with and some take priority over others. Complaints cant be resolved in one day sometimes it takes a lot of looking into. You just have to be patient.
