my hubby still owed £140.44 on jdwilliams, gentleman phoned us, to say we asked for a cca, which their records only go back six years..
refunded, us £87, because we was paying charges only
We had a balance of £53.44, so they offered a reduce figure settlement, £35.00,
today the £53.44 has been wipe clean account is closed yipppeee so pleased,
so friends get your cca, in if your with JdWilliams, :cool:
cca; triton £1300, Jd williams £14.44 wiped off because of no evidence of debt..
