There seems to be a large number of the bigger firms doing this now, saving money and adding to their green credentials at the same time.
Smaller firms can also win quite a bit from doing this too. The best website I've come across (although mainly aimed at larger firms) for information on this is Quantum 4's sustainable retail design site (q4-sustainable-retail-design.co.uk), which has an article titled "4 Steps to More Sustainable Store Fixtures" covering the general approach.
