trying to loose weight? free trial.

This is kinda saving money, any1 looking to loose weight-you can get a free 3 day trial with weightlossresources.co.uk.
i know it's not very long-but you just have to register-you DON'T need to enter any credit/debit card details and you are told;
your body mass index
your target weight
how many calories you are allowed each day
and loads of other information.
it's good considering i had to pay £5 to another company just to find this out!:mad:

    You can renew for another free trial after it runs out, I have had about 5 or 6free trials !

    https://www.sparkpeople.com is exactly the same as weightlossresources, apart from the fact that it's US based and absolutely free. I think you can still add your own foods and exercise types to the database (as with weightlossresources), so being US based shouldn't make any difference at all. 'Free' might make a nice difference though :)
