hiya i am needing some help with equita bailiffs.
i have a unpaid council tax bill that has been sent to equita bailiffs a bailiff visited my home he never entered my house saying he would be back the following week for full payment, i sent a email to equita asking for the charges breakdown and paid them 30.00 online via there online payment system i also asked if i could set up a payment plan with them for 80.00 per month, this was refused in a letter i recieved today saying that it had to be paid in full via the bailiff unfortanatly i do not have the money to pay in full.
i have also read some bits online about some people being classed as vulnerable, im not sure i come under this catagory i suffer from depression ( on medication ) i also have thyroid problems also on medication and under a consultant ( should be having a operation in 12 weeks ) so with the above i really could do without this added stress
is there anything i could do to help the situation im really scared that a bailiff will come to take my things .

There's some fabulously knowledgable people on here when it comes to baliffs, sadly I'm not one of them. Until they log in try this site for reliable factual information.
http://www.bailiffadviceonline.co.uk/I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
