    When we were in Mexico, they didn't really do desserts. Most of the time it was American/European ones, or fresh fruit.
    Here I go again on my own....

  • hi cheekymole, I;ve got a mexican cookbook thathas thefollowingdesserts in it:
    rice pudding; pumpkin with brown sugar, churros, bunuelos, or coconut custard. The churros and bunuelos are quite similar and are a deep fried dought that you dredge with sugar and serve with honey or syrup. I've made them before and they are nice, can't say for the others but they seem simple enough. PM me if you want any of the recipes
