Could some1 please explain to thicky newbie moi why free sims are so good? Have been humbly watching this thread hoping some1 else would ask this question but i guess i'm the only bod here not in the know.

Why do ppl want more than one of these? do they sell easily on Ebay or something?

I am already on orange PAYG with 1825 txt saver. I know it's closed but would the free orange simpack have been of benefit to me?

Help me before i crack!

I got mine yesterday too but I thought each SIM would come with it's own number like the ones I have seen previously but in the handbook that comes with it, there is a section on retaining your own number when you switch to Orange and nothing about a specific number for each of the 3 cards?

I think some people do sell these free SIM cards on and make a profit, judging by some of the comments of other threads.

I didn't get one of the orange sims so not too sure of the benefits of that one. I did get a free 02 sim a few weeks ago. I've now switched to 02 because of the free texts offer linked with these sim cards. Basically, you get 3000 free texts (worth £30) every month so long as yu top up by at least £10 each month. That makes it a good deal for me as I use my mobile mainly for texts.

Don't know about others but sell my old phones, for example I sold a Erricons T18 phone, a hand me down from my brother, he had used the phone for a year, have it to me, I used it for a year or so and then got another phone.

When I sold the phone (2xt19) for £35 the lady asked if I had any PAYG Sims.

Now I have some Orange Sims for when I sell my 3 Sony Ericson K500i (locked onto Orange) in 10 months time.

I just want to use them to shift my old phones. I had another old phone but traded it in for the Nokia 3510i at my local orange store.
