i have just recieved a letter from meritforce saying they will visit in 10 days. i have read a few of the posts on this site and others regarding meritforce. i have no idea what this debt is for. i have e mailed them using the address on the letter E.makenziehall@meritforce.co.uk but it came back delivery failed i then found one on their website pmackenzie@mertiforce.co.uk but that also came up delivery failed. i have no idea how to contact them now as im not sure wether their address is also correct.

thankyou i have tried to send a letter first by mail but it came back failed delivery and the address i have on the letter is different to the one on their website so dont know where to send it

This is fishy. Both the postal address on the letter and the email on the letter aren't right... Does the letter look "right" to you?

Have you notice you have spelt `meritforce` incorrectly on the 2nd email address ? and that the first email add has the mackenzie spelt wrong...

Maybe try resending ?
